What does it mean
to have a Christian Culture?
Since our College began in 1997, RJ has been committed to sharing the Christian message to families in Western Sydney.
Through our professional and committed Christian staff and with prayerful attention to Christian Living classes (Junior School) and Biblical Studies classes (Senior School), RJ provides a nurturing environment for all students as they consider and develop their personal faith journey. Senior School students are also involved in Chapel each fortnight and benefit from our Pastoral Care program. All students have the opportunity to participate in lunchtime Christian groups.
This Christian environment undergirds RJ's accepting and caring community which has a vibrant emphasis on learning about the wonder of God and His created world, and on serving others.
RJ is thankful to the parent community and other supporters who regularly meet to pray for our College's Christian ministry.
Whilst RJ has a strong Christian culture, it welcomes families from other faiths or non-religious backgrounds. Nevertheless, our College expects these families to be supportive and respectful of RJ's Christian ethos and the related College Policies and Procedures.
What I like best about RJ is the Christian atmosphere and the practice of putting God first. My children feel the school is a home away from home.
